Do I own the photos/video?
All photos and videos are still copyright protected with Blum Productions. Blum Productions own the rights to all the intellectual media we create. Our clients can use our media for promotion through MLS and other media outlets. For more information please contact us.
What is the TAT (turn around time) for photos?
We have a turn around time of 24 hours after the photos have been taken, but we usually get them to you the same day. For Video, Matterport, Virtual Staging, etc. will take an additional day. If you need it faster, please contact us.
Do we only do photography/videography for Real Estate?
No, we focus primarily on Real Estate and in doing so we try to get our agents/clients the best media available. We do take other opportunities if presented and if we cannot do so we have an amazing partnership with other companies we can refer you too!
How do I upload my 360 virtual tour to my listing?
Go to your listing on the MLS, click "media", and then on "Virtual Tour" copy and paste the link that was sent via email. We can take you through the process step-by-step.
